How to add a field from FORM view to LIST view? I want to add Requested For of Task form to it's List View. But it's not available in personalize list columns.

Right click the list menu and select Configure List> Layout

Locate the Request Item field and highlight it. Note the third icon in the middle appears when you click a reference field.

Click that middle icon. It drills in to the fields available on the Request Item record.


Repeat this process for the Request field.


Now you can locate the Requested For field and place it on the Selected side using the > arrow.

Save the list layout.
