Right click the list menu and select Configure List> Layout
Locate the Request Item field and highlight it. Note the third icon in the middle appears when you click a reference field.
Click that middle icon. It drills in to the fields available on the Request Item record.
Repeat this process for the Request field.
Now you can locate the Requested For field and place it on the Selected side using the > arrow.
Save the list layout.

Check whether any ACL are implemented against this table. Especially check for 'add_to_list' operation.

Oops.. I was thinking 'Catalog Task' is different from 'Task'.
Thanks

HI Pushpanjali,
Thank for the screenshot. You cannot add "dot-walked" fields from Personalize List. The admin can only do this via Configure> List Layout. To do that, you will need to dot-walk from the catalog task (that you've shown) to go to the parent request item and then the parent request from there.

Hi Chuck,
I have Admin Rights. Can you please explain me a little more.
Regards,
Pushpanjali.
