how to add a fifth icon/column in service portal

I am using the out of the box service portal and I would like to add a fifth icon/column to the basic vertical 4 icon across layout.   Has anyone done this or can give me ideas on how to do this?   I am not a programmer.

For example, you could add the 6x2 lay-out, just remove one block, and edit others like:

find_real_file.png

This gives me now 5 columns:

Do test carefully with resizing your window, if the bootstrap adjusts like you would expect!

Hi there,

Not sure what you are after. Can you make it visual what you want to change / what you want to achieve?

so basically, the icon link widgets are in a 3333 layout and there is only a 222222 layout so no layout that will accommodate 5 instances of the icon link.   So I guess what I am asking is can I create a 5 column layout easily or am I restricted to the layouts that are OOB.   I could use the 6 column layout if all else fails but it will look a little unbalanced as you can see in the attachment.

Hello Jackie,,

You can use 6 layout and you need the css to set the size of the layout and for the text too ,, there is a css session on the widget where you can do that

Ah oke. Yes that would be possible. Though, the total sum needs to be 12.

So you could have 1 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 1 for example. Or 2 - 3 - 2 - 3 - 2.
