How to add css to columns in service portal ?

I have added the css to my container as below :

It has 4 columns , to which I want to add CSS  . How can I achieve that so that it will look as below :

Have you tried the Branding Editor?

Goto Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration
Click Branding Editor

Yeah I tried the branding editor . But we can't give css to a specific column to it.
