I am building a new service portal. So i did create a copy portal of default service portal. But I don't want to use out of box index page in it. I want to clone the oob index page and perform customization on it. Please let me how to do it. I am not finding a way to clone existing index page.
Also let me know how to restore oob service portal from some other environment. Or if you have update set please share.
Thanks,
MIMT M

Hi chuck,
Thanks for the reply. However if we take export page records we are not getting it's related records like containers, rows, and columns. All I am asking is there a way which we can the export of entire oob service portal and import in target instance...

You can clone a page using this tool on the share portal.
If you want the OOB page restored, you may want to get a free personal developer instance from developer.servicenow.com and export the XML records you want then import them in to your original instance.
