Hi everyone! I wanted to configure the BSM map in a way that will only show the CI's currently in Production environment. I am planning to create this by creating a new Map Menu Action that would trigger the configuration. The problem is there seems to be limited references on how this is done. I hope you can help me or show me examples on how to configure the BSM map. Thanks a lot!
Best Regards,
Lhai

Hi Alyssa,
I believe you can do this through the CI filtering. Of course, it would be required that within your CI you have categorized which are the production or the non-production ones.

Thank you for your answer. However, I am required to do it on Map Menu Actions. Also, I have tried filters but there are only limited ways to filter the CI's: by depth, by CI type, by location, by CI Manufacturer, by Relationship Type and by task types. Anyway, by categorizing the CI's you mean assigning values like production and non production to them, right?

Hi Lhai,
I have exactly the same requirement and have encountered the same issues. Did you ever manage to create a custom filter or new map menu icon?
If you did please let me know how - I'd be most grateful!
Thanks
James
