Dears,
I have few questions since i don't like my current KB documents. Kindly give me some expert advice.
1) How to create a perfect KB document and upload in the ServiceNow?
2) What is the whole process of a knowledge base?
3) Kindly share some links which can help in gaining some knowledge of KB Manager.
Regards,
Imran Khan

Hi,
- I personally suggest to create your DOC locally, then use the Upload KB Artile functionality in ServiceNow > Import a Word document to a knowledge base
- Look at the official documentation here > Knowledge Management
- I recommend to look into this documentation Knowledge base setup guide for knowledge admins and managers and watch this video Knowledge Management in ServiceNow
Hope this will be useful for your need.
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.
Thank you
Cheers
Alberto
