How to edit redirection when clicking incident number on service portal

Hi all,

I created a page for our service portal which shows the user's open incidents + any incidents that they are on the watchlist for

I'm running into an issue where clicking on the incident number redirects to our "submit an incident" page instead of redirecting to the incident record on the service portal, which is the behavior when using the OOB Watchlist widget.

Is there a redirection option that I'm missing here?

Hi,

You can try to press ctrl+right-click on that widget and then look at the options/instance options and see if it perhaps has a catalog item or something listed, instead of redirecting to the record/ticket and adjust accordingly.

I don't see any thing for redirection when I ctrl + right click on the widget and click instance options:

Hi,

Please choose the "link to the page" as seen at the bottom of your screenshot and choose the "ticket" page and see if that works.
