How to populate the Short Description and Approval For on the Knowledge Approval

Hi Guys,

I have been looking into the Community on how to populate the Short Description and Approval for on the Knowledge Approval and I could not find a good answer.

Could some please share the right way to fix this issue.

Adding short description field to the approval table is needed. But we didn't proceed. We just ask the approvers to use the left navigator - Knowledge -> Submissions - Assigned to me to see the list of the KBs for them to approve.

Thanks Prateek for your email. But there is no short_description in the sysapproval_approver table.

Your approval should contain Knowledge article short description. Isn't that you wanted?
