How to populate the Short Description and Approval For on the Knowledge Approval

Hi Guys,

I have been looking into the Community on how to populate the Short Description and Approval for on the Knowledge Approval and I could not find a good answer.

Could some please share the right way to fix this issue.

Adding short description field to the approval table is needed. But we didn't proceed. We just ask the approvers to use the left navigator - Knowledge -> Submissions - Assigned to me to see the list of the KBs for them to approve.

Hi Sarup,

I just checked my personal instance (Orlando) and the short description is still not showing on the sysapproval_approver table.

@JLeong -- Sorry for the confusion. We added the Short Description in the OOB workflow notifications. We havent added the data in the table that you are suggesting. Please test the emails, and let us know if you see an issue
