Hi All,

I have a requirement to add default filter in sc_task table.

In the default view filter should be active true and assignment group is one of my group.

But i am not finding Set As Default button in the List.

Hi @Samiksha2

1. You can create a personalized filter by making it a favorite for individual use. For a global filter within the instance, you need to edit the module to add a default filter.

2. You can try creating a new filter record.

Hello @Samiksha2 ,

If the filter should be only for you, then you can create a favorite with that filter. And if it for the instance itself, you have to edit the module (Navigate to service catalog < open record <tasks ) and there you can add a default filter.  If you want it to be a filter that no one can even change, then you have to update it as an argument in the Argument field in the module record.

Kindly mark my answer as Correct and helpful based on the Impact.
