HR bulk ticket update

Hi Team,

In HR agent workspace iam trying to update the state as bulk.

it is updating the state, but error is getting

"2 record(s) not updated"

 

Please help me here.

Can you verify that if you can manually update the state? Then you will get the idea of what is causing the issue.

@Vinya Jakkula go to DEV/TEST environment and try closing one HR Case by yourslef, in a form, not view and observe what fields are required.

When Closing, I would expect Close notes to be required, and eventually there might be a child Case task.
Please check both these and let me know.

Kindly open the record that failed and try updating manually. - See if you are getting any error or validations message. 

 

Check the Business Rules or Workflows - Any rules that might restrict state changes based on conditions. 

 

Check if there is any ACLs at table or field level to restrict. 

 

At last, please check the System Logs if there is anything coming up
