I understand that Knowledge Blocks are unable to display attachments but they are able to display images (whether inserted into the body of the knowledge block or by placing a link to the image library). Is there a way to create a link to a PDF in a knowledge block? I am unsure of where to store the PDF to be able to create a link to it. I did play around with "managed documents" but was unsuccessful in getting a managed document to display on a knowledge block. Thanks for your help.

Type field displayed only if there are attachments, if there is no attachments then you will not see the type field.

Rajesh
