A customer of mine has the need declared to store large text files in the servicenow platform. The text files should be included in the global full text search, so a user is able to search for a specific string and it delivers the text files including the lines where it was found as a preview. If you know the SNUtils Code search feature, it should look & feel very similar to this.
The amount of characters is quite large (around 2 millions lines per file), therefore I have some concerns regarding the overall performance of the instance.
I wanted to ask the community first, if anybody had a similar need in the past and found any solution to it? Also any ideas are appreciated!
