Invalid reference in Catalog field of Record Producer (Scoped Application)

Hi everyone,

I’m working in a Scoped Application and creating a Record Producer.

When I try to select a Catalog under the Accessibility tab, it shows “Invalid reference”. Even the existing catalogs are not visible.

 I have already checked:

1. The catalog (e.g., Universal SelfHelp Now) exists and is active.

2. I have admin and security_admin roles.

3. Tried using the lookup list, but no catalogs appear.

Can anyone please suggest how to fix this issue in a scoped application?

Or how to make the catalog accessible for a record producer within the same scoped app

Check to make sure your Application, or at least the table you are creating this Record Producer on, is available from other scopes

I am using incident table for this record producer.

Hi @ry001062402,

Could you please check by adding your user to the Managers or Editors field on the Universal SelfHelp Now Catalog record?

Thanks & Regards,
