List collector choices showing differently in ITIL vs portal view

The List collector variable in a catalog item shows different values in ITIL view and it shows different values in portal view. The first picture is from portal which shows different choices in the phase and the second picture is from ITIL view has different options.

Yes, this is the expected behaviour.

In portal you see that as a list and in native ui you see this a slushbucket.

Thanks for response.

But, here the issue is with choice values. The choice values is showing different. Service portal shows right choice values, but native UI shows different values which is wrong. Any idea on why it is appearing like this?

Do you have any catalog client script that is putting condition on that field for filtered data.
