Localization - Catalog Item translation

Hello 

 We are trying to translate many catalog items used for HRSD HR Services.   I followed the following steps and find all language are disabled after clicking "Request Translation" button.   

Request translations for a Service Catalog item (servicenow.com)

 

I really like to find out how to enable each language.

Yes, it is helpful, but not work for my configuration setting.

Hi,

I'm unsure what you mean as your issue in your original question is resolved by creating a language record (for the respective language) at: Localization Framework > Settings. Sorry, I don't know what you mean by it's not working for your configuration setting?

With regards to selecting the language (as I see the other comments between yourself and Allen) you will need to ensure you either have the Language Pack (if it's one we provide) installed or an "active=true" language entry in the [sys_language] table in order to create a "setting" in LF for that given Language,
