Make it possible for users to have multiple emails registered

Hi everyone!

I have a use case in which I need to make it possible for users to have different email addresses in the system so that, for example, they can reply to a notification about an Incident from any of their email accounts.

Browsing Community I see that this can be done via a Business Rule, but I saw this TechNow episode in which @Chuck Tomasi mentions this can be achieved using the "cmn_notif_device" table:

However, I am not able to make it work like this - even though I have a secondary record in the "cmn_notif_device" table for the same user, the user is still not identified by that secondary email account. In other words, if that user sends an email from that secondary email address, the system does not recognize the user.

Any tips? Thanks in advance!

Hi Diogo,

If you open the gear icon(settings) and go to notification. You can setup a new channel to receive the notification in your secondary ID. Refer below screenshot.
