@ mentions & Rich Text in Employee Center for My Tasks

We have enabled rich text and @ mentions for the activity in My Requests in the standard ticket configuration.

Has anyone done the same for My tasks? We see the instance options to make the settings same as My Requests, but it is not actually enabling these options.

Hi @SheltonThompson ,

Just follow the same steps as per the doc you shared, just look for "sn_customerservice_task " instead of sn_customerservice_case record :

@Community Alums this is not for the CSM portal. This is for My Tasks in the ESC portal. Page=id=hrm_todos_page

We already took the steps to enable rich text editor and @ mentions for the activity for My tasks, but it is not reflecting.
