Hi Community,
We are trying to add flow designer to catalog item instead of workflows or execution plans, but we are not able to find it in configure form layout. Even in the dictionary "flow_designer_flow" is missing.
Can anyone help us with what we are missing or do we need to activate any plugin to have flow designer in catalog items.

We have that plugin enabled, and only 2 Flows show as available to the service catalog. We have some that don't show up in the pick list. At least one is Activated.

Hi Surya,
I am seeing that some of the answers aren't 100% correct. So I am providinng a bit more information.
Flow Designer is installed with the Platform by default.
In London, the Flow Designer added support for the Service Catalog. In London, you have to request for the Flow Designer Catalog plugin to be installed:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-servicenow-platform/page/administer/flow-designer/task/request-sc-trigger-flow.html
The Catalog Support in London is pretty robust and turns on three key things:
1) The ability to select a flow instead of workflow or execution plan to execute the flows
2) Stages that are a lot more intuitive than Workflow
3) The Catalog Tasks to get Catalog variables on the request and to apply them to tasks.
We look forward to your feedback on this.

Not sure which answers you're referring to, but mine is not false...and considering there's only been mine and someone elses...I think you're referring to the other individuals...so "answers" isn't the correct usage here.
Thanks!
