I'm configuring ITSM Agent Workspace. I want for my List Categories to be in alphabetical order. So I want to set all of these order values to the same number so that ServiceNow will use the Names for ordering rather than the hard-coded order values.
However these records are from 5 different Application namespaces. Do I really need to open up 5 different Update Sets to capture my changes? That seems like a monumental pain in the a$$.
Since when are records in the Same Table from multiple applications?
Or am I being an ID10T? Thanks.

Hi there,
Yes, if they are in different application scopes, then indeed different update sets for each application scope.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,

I thought I was literally going to be able to Ctrl-click those values in the List View, double click any cell, type in a number, and be done.
I thought that each Table in ServiceNow was associated with a single Application Scope. Was that not the case in previous versions?

No that was not the case in previous versions. It's also not logical if it would have been that way.

I must be missing something. Please elaborate.
