Next Button (Order Guides)

After a recent upgrade to New York all the Order guides in the Service Portal fail to proceed to the next screen when selecting the next button. Any ideas why this is occurring? When the mandatory fields are empty the button can not be selected but once the fields are filled in the button can be selected as if everything is working properly just no action on click. Screenshot attached for better understanding.

Hi,

There has been some change in sc order guide widget in New York release.

So if you have cloned the widget in some previous release and done customization in the same then during New York upgrade the next button won't be working.

The workaround is you can use the New York version OOTB sc order guide widget or clone the New York versioned OOTB widget and proceed with previously done customization.

Thank you, reverting back to out of box fixed the issue.

Does anyone know if we have a solution via hotfix patch from ServiceNow

Like Leonard, we reverted back to OOB.....works fine now
