We've set the System Property glide.ui.polaris.experience to 'true', but nothing changed; we don't have the new look and feel for the Next Experience UI. Instead of seeing the Next Experience UI with Configurable Workspace on the same chrome tab, we see the Core UI and a new Chrome tab when opening a Configurable Workspace. What change(s) do we need to make to get the Next Experience experience?

Hi @Teresa8,
You'll also need to check the 'User Preferences' by typing 'User Preferences' into the Navigation menu.
Search or navigate to the Preference Name: 'Enable the polaris experience for all users by default'.
If it doesn't exit yet, create it.
Make sure the 'system' check box is checked and all other fields match as below.

I've cleared the cache. The sys property was changed last year when we upgraded to Vancouver. We just didn't realize the look and feel was supposed to have changed.
