PDI-Utah Patch 4-Cannot open Flow designer UI - dev131333

Hi,

I had to order new PDI recently, and seems like Flow designer interface is currepted and does not open at all.

It just shows the blank page instead without any instructions/warning/errors when I try to open Flow Designer.

Instance version - utah-12-21-2022__patch4-hotfix2-06-23-2023

Need urgent help.

Hi there,

 

Unfortunately you won't receive support on your PDI as you might be aware already. PDIs are not supported.

If it is still a new PDI, you could release this one and request one again.

 

Or perhaps someone ran into this recently and knows something, though else: request a new PDI.

Thank you @Mark Roethof , i just found out that its my old PDI upgraded to latest version. It has some of my previous work and POCs. If nothing is supported then there aren't much options I assume.

Change the system property glide.ui.polaris.experience to all lower case true or false.

I had the same issue - but in my work environment, it got resolved after following - https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1504096 

 

Basically you shouldn't use capitals for true/false in glide.ui.polaris.experience system property. Give it a try and let us know if it works for you as well.
