Hi,
For defining a Remote Instance, we will have to use a user account, what is that account? Do we have to create an account especially for that with admin roles?

Thank you for the update. In that case, the answer is yes, you need to have an account with admin access on the other end.
This should help

Hi Vishnu,
It sounds like you are trying to do an integration between two ServiceNow instances. Short answer - yes, you should use an account specific to that integration with the PROPER roles (not just jump to admin - that could be a security vulnerability). If you have more specifics about what you are trying to do, please include them here. Is this a web service? Email? Something else? Thanks.

Hi Chuck,
It's just for the purpose of moving update sets between instances.
