Reports not visible to user in dashboard

Hello,

I just gave a user access to a dashboard, but now they are seeing this message "Report visible only to a specific user or group". I gave her edit access and she still has this issue. How can I set this up to allow her access to the content within the dashboard?

Hi - You will have to bring the dashboard to editable state by clicking the 'Configuration' icon at the top right corner. Then Click on the pencil icon on the each of the report. Go to the report and share them (option under the save button).

Are you the report owner (e.g. dis you create the report)?  If you are not, that might be the issue.  I've never seen a case where the report owner/creator cannot share.  If you are using a report that someone else created, try doing a minor name change for the report and then do an Insert and Stay.  See if you can then share the copy.  If you can, do the share and replace the original report with the one that you created.

@Balaji Jagannathan  - I clicked on configuration icon, and only see the pencil icon next to my date filter icon. I do not see the pencil icon on any other widget
