how to change the configuration on a catalog item/order guide's checkout page, where the requested for field should reflect the user we have selected on the order guide/catalog item form instead of the current logged in user

the link I shared talks about the Order Confirmation box and your screenshot is also for Order confirmation box
what's the difference?
Can you share the complete screenshot and this is for catalog item or order guide?

It is not an order guide. If I add multiple items or a single item to the cart and proceed to checkout, the order confirmation page will pop up, but the requester field does not change

what if there are multiple items? value from which item's variable you need to set?
I don't think it's a valid business requirement.
