Hi,
I need to create a ServiceNow Support Account for my Personal Developer Instance. When I tried to access NowSupport with my instance credentials, it was giving me the error page which I have attached below. I have gone through all the related documents but could not find anything helpful.
Can someone help to find how to access ServiceNow Support Account for a PDI?
Thanks and Regards,
Keerthi

Hi
in one case, I contacted the vendor directly and asked them to provision the plugin to my PDI. After that, it was visible in the plugin list.
Unfortunately, there is no other way for PDIs
Kind regards
Maik

Hi there,
Why would you need a ServiceNow Support account for your PDI? Can you explain this a bit, maybe you are after something else that we can inform you about.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,

Hi Mark,
In my PDI, I'm trying to access the App Store which requires ServiceNow-ID. From what I have gone through, looks like we need a ServiceNow support account to create a ServiceNow-ID. That is the reason I asked about it.
If there is any way I could create a ServiceNow-ID or access the App Store and install apps from it, Please do let me know on this.
Thanks
Keerthi

Hi
you can only get access to the Support Portal if you manage customer instances.
And neither you will be able to see there your PDI nor you can do anything regarding your PDI. Support portal is only for Customer and their instances.
Kind regards
Maik
