Session Timeouts / User Logout

Hi all,

I have a requirement to produce a report showing user 'activity'. One part of this will be to show user login times and logout times, but for the logout times I need to include session timeouts. I can see login and logout events in the event log, but no equivalent session timeout event (or at least, not with a name that's easily recognised). Does such an event exist? If not, is there some other mechanism I can use to grab details of when user sessions have timed out?

So when you timeout out, and relogin again and check event table there is no event created for that? nothing?

How I find it out is I was sorting my event table on created field and only check events created by you. I will also check on Geneva instance and will let you know.

Hello Shruti,

I have had confirmation through an incident on Hi that these events are not currently logged for session timeouts, but that there is an enhancement request already open for this: FTASK30134. But I would be interested to know if you have any more thoughts on this - perhaps in your instance there is a bespoke solution in place?
