Hi all,
I've got a request from a customer to set the state of the RITM to Closed Rejected when the approval is rejected. I cannot find where this is configured so I can change it - at the moment it is set to Closed Complete even if the approval is rejected. Could someone point me in the right direction please? Is this configured on the approval table or sc_req_item, is it a BR? Do I need to make changes to the workflow too (I haven't user the workflow editor before)? Any advice is welcome.
Many thanks,
Amy

Hi,
You would want to address this in the workflow and use a set value activity, for example.
So, in the rejected path outcome from the approval, that's where you'd set the state and stage that you want.

Hi
It depends on Configuration you have. It can be set using Workflows, Flow Designers, Business Rules(Custom script). Mostly as Allen said its workflows OOB but check your config to understand what you are using.
If its workflow then it must be getting set with Setvalue or Runscript.
Thank you
