Hi Team,
My requirement is to show "Awaiting Manager Approval" (related to the RITM - when its pending approval) instead of the REQ's stages - as shown by default (see below):
The reason being that the REQ always gets Approved and then generates the RITM - but end users think that their request is already approved.
I'm not that good with Service Portal! Any valid pointers and help would be greatly appreciated!
