SubCategories are not visible in the service catalog home page

Hi all, 

 

Please I have created categories and subcategories, and I added the categories to catalog homepage.

The categories are visible on the catalog homepage , but I cannot find any subcategories.

The subcategories does not contain any item.

Can someone advice on this please ?

Hi @Oussama Aziane 

There could be reasons:

  • Is the catalog mapped to the Service Portal? (Check under Service Portal > Portals → Related List → Catalog)

  • Is there any user criteria applied to the subcategory?

  • Does the subcategory have at least one active catalog item?

  • Is it visible to all users or restricted?

Please check these factors, and you should be able to find the solution.
