I have a User who's Time zone in System Settings keeps ignoring his PC/Windows time zone setting of Eastern and keeps reverting back to Central every time he logs off and back on ServiceNow. Has anyone experienced this before?

Each user has a Time Zone field on his/her user record. In my experience, updating the System Settings (gear icon) will not update the user record's value, but updating the user record's value will update System Settings.
