Translations available but not reflecting on Portal

I translated all words seen above in the table sys_ui_message but knowledge, requested item and request are not gettiing translated. This is a screenshot of left navigation menu on the Portal search results page.

I dont know why is this happening.

I am trying to figure out what's on the screen so I can see if I can reproduce it.



Which widget are you showing in the screenshot, Dhruv? Mine knowledge category list (in Spanish) is fine OOB.

Can you also show your translation entries from sys_ui_message?

This is the screenshot of 'search nav' widget and the tabs below the translated texts are getting loaded from 'sp_search_group' for which html template starts like this '<a ng-repeat="group in data.searchGroups'. The translations for these I have added in 'sys_ui_messages' in swedish language.

Have you tried configuring the search group as just task, and put the individual task types under there (like how it is configured OOB)?

Actually I have not configured the SP for my customer and I don't have any knowledge of it either. I was trying to achieve the task of translations as I have not to change the way SP is designed. If you are not getting a clear picture of my translation scenario please tell me what more info I can provide. Also I have other more simpler scenarios where translations are not working. I will share them on community soon on this thread.
