Unable to access my navpage.do

Hello, I'm unable to access my instance at https://dev82749.service-now.com/navpage.do as the page redirects to https://dev82749.service-now.com/now/appenginestudio/home.

How do I keep the instance on the navpage and prevent the redirect?

Hi,

Step 1: Login to "developer.servicenow.com"

Step 2: In the TOP Right click on your profile, then check what is the role having under "USER ROLE"..

I think you might having "APP Engine Creator role"

Step 3: if so, then click on "change user role" and select as "admin" then try to login..it works..

Change you role to admin from App Engine Studio Creator developers site as shown in the following image;

Hopefully this will resolve your query.
