Unable to see all options in the subcategory dropdown

Hey guys, I'm working on building a condition that includes several categories and subcategories but when I select the subcategory dropdown I only see up to the letter O. I believe there is a setting that's not correct and it's displaying all variables in my environment. I've attached several pictures of what I see when building the condition and am wondering if there is a way to filter out all non-subcategory data.

That's an image from my instance. In addition I checked the dictionary definition of Subcategory and it's dependent on category on that page as well.

Please check all Sub cat values are active = True. Share that screenshot too.

I've blacked out irrelevant information but I am seeing inactive subcategories.

It should be inactive = False
