Update set Picker in San Diego

How to add the update set picker in San Diego Version of ServiceNow. Like  is any extension there which allows my update set picker to be visible in the banner?

Thanks for your help. I have added the extension to chrome but still cant see the picker.

Please find screen shot for reference.
