Update set Picker in San Diego

How to add the update set picker in San Diego Version of ServiceNow. Like  is any extension there which allows my update set picker to be visible in the banner?

For google chrome: 

Click the 'puzzle' icon and click the SN utils extension

Go to settings tab and find the desired option 

Refresh the page to see change.

You can check for links provided by Aman in comments before but just a question why is there a need. Every change good or bad will have pain but this is a feature provided if you are not okay you can disable the UI itself.
