Virtual Agent 'Designer' not loading even user has virtual_agent_admin role

Hi All,

I need to access the virtual agent 'designer'. My user has got the virtual_agent_admin role and can see the virtual agent designer module in the application navigator.

However, when my user tries to access the designer, it just keeps on loading the page. The modules don't load for the user.

I repair the Virtual Agent plugin a lot times but this error still occurs

Please see my capture. Could someone help me to resolve this?

Hi @Mai Phuong ,

Can you one of these methods:

1. https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=d6ba866fdbed0910ae81250913961908

 

2. Go to the user profile, and set the current user's language to English, and the designer will load as expected.
