Which plugin i need to install for CSM

I am going to implement CSM module for my client,  i want to know which all plugin need to be installed to implement CSM module.

Hi @Prakash_S ,

Base plugin for CSM is "com.sn_customerservice". Along with this you can activate other plugin which are related to it separately.

Yes, you need to install separate plugin for FSM.

Thanks both for your quick response.

I do need to installed Field service management along with CSM. Do i need to install any separate plugin or it will come under CSM child plugin.
