Which plugin i need to install for CSM

Hello Community,

 

I am going to implement CSM module for my client,  i want to know which all plugin need to be installed to implement CSM module.

Hi @Prakash_S ,

 

Base plugin for CSM is "com.sn_customerservice". Along with this you can activate other plugin which are related to it separately.

In this series i have explained about ServiceNow Discovery right from scratch like how you can enable the discovery plugin, what are the discovery prerequisites, what all question you should ask for your client before start the discovery implementation, how you can configure discovery schedules ...

Yes, you need to install separate plugin for FSM.

Along with "com.sn_customerservice" if you are going to create case types as well then you might need to install  "com.snc.csm_case_types" plugin separately.
