Hello Community,
I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue I am having.
I created two new Catalog Items. After creating these items, I then created a new Catalog named Marketing and a Category named Marketing Materials. However, when I go to the Service Portal and try to search for my catalog item nothing seems to show.
I have made sure all of the known culprits are checked.
- Hide on Service Portal - False
- Catalog Item has a Catalog and a Category
- Visible everywhere - True
- Category Available For - Empty
- Category Not Available For - Empty
If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

In the navigation I went to Service Portal > Portals. From the table I went to Service Portal and in the Related List I added the new catalog in the Catalogs tab.

so where are those not visible?
What happens when you are on the catalog item and click on "Try It"
