Adding reports to User Experience analytics

Hi,

 

We have the user experience analytics added for our service portal and we have the Out of the box reports there. However my client wants to add additional reports like most trending topics, pages with most feedbacks etc. Is this possible to add more reports in user case analytics . I don't want to add funnel reports.

From using and reading about user experience analytics it's always been oob functionality for me. Never had to create or customize anything. Also don't see how you could create anything that doesn't already exist. It's more about what a user is doing in certain app, how long they spend in a session, etc. vs running a report on pages with feedback or other scenarios you mention. 

 

I'm sure you've seen the docs already, but this one sums it up.
