Licensing is complicated.  Generally contracts are a 3 year term and the pricing varies depending on the SKUs involved.  I havent seen a less then a few million dollar contract in a long long time now.

Hi @Theja K A ,

No one in this community can "just" give you a price. You need to contact ServiceNow sales team or a ServiceNow reseller which will clarify the needs and be able to come up with a price.

The cost of implementing ServiceNow can vary widely depending on a number of factors, such as the size and complexity of your organization, the specific modules and features you plan to use, and any customization or integration work required. Generally speaking, ServiceNow pricing is based on a subscription model, with fees charged on a per-user basis.

ServiceNow offers several pricing tiers depending on the specific requirements of your organization, including:

- Essential: Designed for small organizations with basic IT management needs
- Professional: Includes more advanced IT service management capabilities and integrations
- Enterprise: Offers additional customization and automation options for larger organizations

To get an accurate quote for your organization's use case, it's best to contact ServiceNow directly or speak with a certified ServiceNow partner. They can help you determine which pricing tier is right for your organization based on your specific needs and budget.

All I can add is that ServiceNow is getting expensive. Be prepared to spend 100's of thousands minimum. It also seems every new module you look at is also costly. Also be prepared to increase your spend to take full advantage of the platform. Like someone else mentioned, the earnings calls typically mention how many 1 million dollar contracts get signed. Last point, for implementation help I've heard that you take your license cost and multiple by 1.25 to get assistance from a partner.

Hopefully I don't get blasted for sharing this, but it's worth setting some expectations that you will spend a significant amount on the tool and then increases for new modules as well. Just be prepared to spend $$. The power in the platform is being able to add on new modules.
