Hi, if there is no OOB ServiceNow spoke, or ServiceNow Store app for integration with 'Epicor'
then your options will be controlled by the target platforms existing integration\API functionality.
Your first steps would be to identify Epicors integration options, possibly REST ort SOAP?
I would then test\validate the basics like authentication and record retrieval via Postman, SoapUI or similar toolset.
Then based on results, build a solution in ServiceNow, after first reviewing the corresponding SNC documentation and any available learning\training material relating to the integration method.
