Disable "NowAssist needs your input" notifications

Hello!

We've recently started getting notifications (bell icon on the UI) stating "NowAssist needs your input". We currently don't have anything beyond a couple Creator licenses and I've turned off everything I can find, and yet they appear. They aren't setup as an email notification and I can't seem to locate anywhere else they might be setup. It does appear they're related to approvals specifically. They don't link to anything though and continue to appear. Does anyone know how to disable that functionality?

Normally this notification is triggered is there is any action required from user. Since you disabled everything related to NowAssist, check whether approval or any standard notification triggered in NowAssist panel or Virtual Agent.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the Virtual Agent topic list using the link: /sys_cs_topic_list.do?sysparm_query=name%3DNow%20Assist%20Show%20Notification&sysparm_view=
2. Locate the topic named "Now Assist Show Notification"
3. Set the "Active" field for this topic to "false" to hide the notification
4. Verify the change by comparing the states (Active=true/false) in Now Assist Virtual Agent
