CSA exam

Hi all,
Im totally new to service now platform, I have enrolled my name in my company for completion of CSA certificate by the end of Dec 2024. While searching for exam blueprint everything i came to know about 2 courses to be completed before enrolling for exam .  I completed welcome service now course but then while trying to complete service now fundamentals course its asking to pay and enroll.  My company offered me only 400 USD for doing only CSA exam.  But this course shows 500 USD.  Can I skip this course and directly apply for the exam or it is necessary to complete this course .  Any suggestions please...
Note: I have only option to redeem 400 USD only for CSA exam not for training from my company.

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 400 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 400 plus taxes.

Total $900 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.

@So, further to @Dr Atul G- LNG's answer here, you need to get your Now Learning account recognised as being associated with your company. Once that's done, when you log in, you'll be able to register for the Fundamentals course for free.

Hi Simon,

I came to know my company kyndryl is associated with service now .But i have already opened account in now learning account with my company email address, but not getting any course as free.  Im not sure whether in trying in the correct way to get benefits or not .  Can you guide me

Hi @anushamari 

Go to your now learning profile and there check the partner, you must be associated with partner as your company. If not there then your manager need to log a request to SN to add you under your company name.
