Need to add Priority section on HR Case portal.

How to add Priority and SLA field section on HR portal.

LIke the image attahced. I able to find the Widget but not able to add the priority column as assigned to , subject person is there. Please help me out.

Hello,

 

The Standard Ticket page is controlled by the Standard Ticket Configuration (ticket_configuration )  table for each table. 

 

 go to Standard Ticket Configuration, select HRCASE and add additonal Fields you want under info fields.

Thanks for you help, we have tried the above solution now the changes, earlier the configuration is below image 1.

Now after your solution the change is below image 1.

Need to ask that whether there will be any issue in the widget after these changes? Things will be the same as it was earlier.

Things will be fine ,

 

Now based on different  tables you will see different data on My Requests based on the setting you have done on backend

 

 

For example for HR case you will see different set of fields

for incident you will see different set of fields]

and for request you will see different set of fields 

based on the backend configuration that is done in the system
