Q1.Why am i not able to Increase the quantity? How can i do that?
Q2. I have another problem , which is i am unable to use the convert Lead Button in lead management , the button will convert the lead to an account or consumer , but the button is not working for me.
I have to fix these issues, pls respond.

This is a response regarding Q1.

What is the current status of the "ITSM STANDARD PACK v4" Product Offering settings?
I recommend checking the values for Default quantity, Min quantity, and Max quantity under the Product Offering Relationships tab.
If all of them are set to 1, you likely won’t be able to enter any quantity other than 1.
