Hi All,
Was hoping somebody could help me (or tell me its just not possible).
I am trying to create a Horizontal Bar Chart report using a start date and end date field to drive the bar on the x axis...... The attached probably illustrates this better then I could explain.
p.s. I dont really care how the source data has to be structured, ill create new tables, fields etc but here was my initial thoughts.
Value | Start Date | End Date |
---|---|---|
Value 1 | 2003-05-27 | 2008-06-20 |
Value 2 | 2008-01-14 | 2012-05-12 |
Value 3 | 2012-01-07 | 2015-05-27 |
Many thanks.
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,
Try "Trend Charts" , they will definitely give you vertical bars against date range. Not so sure about horizontal bars.

Anurag, Thank you very much for your suggestion I had a stab at the trend charts but wasnt able to produce what I was after.
However, Kalaiarasan, the Timelines were exactly what I was after. Thank you very much!!
